On the sociological level

Added to this is a major sociological advantage: Parakou is a city with cultural, religious and linguistic similarities with all these Hinterland countries with almost identical culinary and housing practices and the use of common languages such as Peulh, Yoruba, Hausa, Dendi, Zerma and Bariba.

All of the above demonstrates that the PSP is a force for the economy of Benin as well as countries like Niger, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Mali and Chad.
